Paulette is definitely one of a kind, and serving others is at the core of who she is. This is obvious in her personal life as she serves our nation as a member of the Army National Guard. She unselfishly took time away from her family, friends and teammates during a 2-month deployment to Washington, DC early last year – to protect our Capitol after the events on January 6th.
Paulette serves others in her professional life, too. She’s been a part of our organization for the past seven years, joining our company as an Administrative Assistant for California Psychcare in our Camarillo office. During her tenure with California Psychcare, she continued to gain experience in her roles as Staffing Coordinator, Office Manager, and Regional Coordinator.
Now, in her role as Administrative Manager, she is a guiding light for all members of our administrative team. Let’s face it … our administrative professionals are the backbone of our organization, and without them, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do every day. Paulette is involved in the hiring and training of administrative teammates across the organization, and she supports their on-going professional development. She makes sure this team has what they need to succeed in their job.
At the end of the day, Paulette makes sure our administrative operations run smoothly. She collaborates with her administrative teammates and leaders of our clinical teams to drive toward a common goal – helping individuals and their families impacted by autism gain access to the critical, high-quality care they need and deserve. Through all she does, Paulette makes a significant difference in the lives of others – AND she helps her administrative teammates make a difference as well.
