Our latest delivery of PPE and supplies included 400 boxes of 16-ounce hand sanitizer and hand-held infrared thermometers. The 8,000 individual-sized bottles have been distributed to front-line staff at all 22 locations across California, and can be refilled from the gallon-size bottles that were purchased and distributed to all offices last month. The thermometers are being used as part of our wellness protocol, which includes checking temperatures of everyone entering our facilities to conduct work they cannot complete from home. Our commitment to keep our teammates and clients safe is unwavering as we continue our in-home behavioral therapy and respite care services.

As we continue to provide in-home behavior therapy and respite care services, keeping our clients and our teammates safe and healthy remains our top priority.

To that end, we received our volume shipment of PPE (masks, gloves, wipes) via air freight in our newly created supply chain from China. Another container load of PPE is shipping to us via “fast boat” sea freight this week. Our PPE Distribution Team at our headquarters in Chatsworth, CA distributed PPE to all of our providers and offices last week!

The safety, health and well-being of our teammates and of the families we serve continues to be our top priority during these uncertain times. To help ensure the health and safety of everyone, and in compliance with the “stay at home” order issued for the State of California by Governor Gavin Newsom as well as a new executive order issued by Los Angeles County, we continue to make adjustments to our business operations in response to these new restrictions. As part of our commitment to keep our community updated on our response to the COVID-19 emergency, we want to share our most recent changes.

As of today, all staff at our physical office locations have been shifted to a work from home situation. Although our team members are not available in person at our physical locations, parents can continue to contact us through regular communication channels, and calls placed to our regular office phone numbers are being forwarded to a home-based employee. Anyone unable to reach their local office through regular channels can reach us by calling our 24/7 call center at 833.227.3454.

We are continuing to provide in-home ABA-based behavioral therapy as these services are considered to be medically necessary. Respite care services are also available. In addition, behavioral therapy services are also available via telehealth. All services are being provided in accordance with guidelines establish by the CDC, local health agencies and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates as appropriate.

March 20, 2020

In light of the declaration of a national emergency related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and the rapidly evolving recommendations and restrictions in place to help maintain public health in the communities we serve,  we want you to know that 360 Behavioral Health and our family of providers – including California Psychcare and Behavior Respite in Action – remain dedicated to providing you and your family exceptional care – especially during these uncertain times.

Our Services

ABA-based behavioral treatment services for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities are considered to be medically necessary. We know that continuity of care is essential to the success of your child’s therapy.  Important updates about our services include the following:

  • To keep your child’s program on track, we are continuing to provide in-home ABA-based behavioral treatment services in all communities we serve. In addition, we are rapidly expanding telehealth services for families that are not comfortable having staff in their homes.
  • Our traditional and specialized respite care services continue to be available.
  • To align with current guidelines, we have suspended our social skills sessions at this time. Social skills groups will resume as soon as guidelines allow.
  • All services are being provided in accordance with guidelines established by the CDC and other local health agencies.

Keeping Our Families and Our Teammates Safe

At this time, none of our teammates have tested positive for coronavirus. Please be assured that we have implemented extra measures to help keep our teammates and families we serve healthy and safe. These measures include the following:

  • Teammates who don’t provide in-home services to clients or who otherwise don’t need to work in one of our office locations have been set up to work remotely from home.
  • We are staying in constant communication with all team members to monitor their health and are instructing any teammate who is sick to stay at home.
  • We are maintaining regular communication with our clients and are asking parents to reschedule sessions if anyone in the home is sick.
  • In situations where are teammates continue to work in one of our office locations, we are practicing social distancing, as recommended the CDC. In addition, we have provided hand sanitizer in all our offices, and are asking team members to regularly wipe down their workspace and common use areas.

What’s Next

We will continue to monitor updates from the CDC and local health agencies to stay apprised to developments in our communities and will continue to share updates with you.
