BCBA CEU Event – What the Fx? Application of Experimental Functional Analysis in Clinical Practice
February 24, 2020
8:15 am - 4:30 pm
9201 Oakdale Suite 101, Chatsworth, CA 91311
Providing effective treatment for problem behaviors requires the identification of a clear functional relation between environmental variables and the behaviors in question. Behavior analysts receive basic education on the implementation of functional analysis procedures, but because of various barriers, not all behavior analysts utilize these procedures in their practice.
California Psychcare and the 360 Behavioral Health University are hosting this BCBA CEU Event / Workshop focused on EFA. The workshop will be presented by California Psychcare’s own in-house experts including Dr. Jeremy Wilson, BCBA-D, Jared Freilich, MS, BCBA and Ashton Benedickt, MS, BCBA and will provide advanced training on the implementation of various functional analyses. Overcoming barriers to using a functional analysis in clinical practice, interpreting functional analysis results and tips for modifying procedures when the results are undifferentiated will also be discussed. This workshop will include hands-on didactic training and engaging role play activities.
This workshop is open to any BCBA who wishes to attend. It is offered free of charge to any BCBA employed by California Psychcare and is offered for $99 to all other BCBAs. Attendees are awarded 6 Learning CEUs upon completion of this workshop. If this session date and location don’t work for you, please check other dates and locations.
