Movie Night

Come enjoy a movie with us! We will be showing Turning Red, which is a family/kids comedy movies about a 13-year-old girl who is torn between being her mother’s obedient daughter and the chaos of her youth. When she gets too excited, she turns into a big red panda. By presenting the kids this movie they have the opportunity to learn about their emotions.

We will be offering a variety of your typical movie snacks to make the kids feel like they’re in the movie theaters (i.e., Popcorn, Capri Suns, and pastries). Skills that we will be teaching during this social event is sustain attention, voice volume, making small purchases, and overall social skills observed in the movie theater.
