M Sirenia Pantoja definitely loves what she does and embraces each day as a new adventure. She says, “Every day is a different day when working in this field, there are no two days alike.” Working with children and managing a classroom in a non-profit Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program have shown M Sirenia her true passion for education and special-needs individuals. It’s given her many new strengths, and the opportunity to learn from every family she’s worked with.

M Sirenia graduated from California State University, Bakersfield with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with emphasis in Child Development. She is pursuing her master’s degree in special education with emphasis in autism at the University of LaVern.

M Sirenia enjoys baseball games, trips to the beach and family time. She volunteers for events that promote autism awareness and is part of the League of Dreams in Bakersfield. Her first name is the letter “M,” which used to bother her, but now she embraces it.

Keith Berger knows he has an important job to do, and he is focused on doing it well. Keith’s dedication to helping others and his commitment to science and education are clear as he says, “I get the privilege of working closely with individuals who need additional support, and I have the strong science of applied behavior analysis as a guidepost to help me provide this support.”

Keith earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Idaho State University. He started his career in a direct staff position, and was promoted to lead direct staff, program coordinator and office director. Keith earned his Master of Arts in Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from National University. In early 2018, he obtained his BCBA.

Keith likes to travel in his spare time and spend time outdoors. He and his wife enjoy camping, boating, and hiking. In the winter, they snowboard and ski. Keith also likes to work on and drive his classic car and play with his two dogs.

To Dr. Mostadim, there’s nothing more important than being able to work with families and children with special needs because this work allows her to grow tremendously in all aspects of her life. In Dr. Mostadim’s words, “There are few things in this world that are as fulfilling as helping those who struggle to help themselves. Having the opportunity to serve families of varying backgrounds is one of the utmost honors I have ever had.”

Beginning her journey as a behavioral therapist in 2011, Dr. Mostadim received her doctoral degree in applied clinical psychology, and her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Dr. Mostadim loves to plan events and fundraisers for nonprofit organizations and has helped raise funds to support several schools. In her spare time, she likes to run, travel, and spend time with her family of four.

David Yim knows the impact he has on the families he serves, and for more than 10 years he has seen his impact in action with many different people, behaviors, and life situations. He’s had an incredible journey that has taught him countless life lessons. David wishes everyone could experience and cherish such moments.

David began working with children with special needs as a college student in 2005, while earning his master’s degree in teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). For the past 13 years, David has worked at various autism agencies and special-needs schools, but he has found his true passion with ABA.

In David’s spare time, you can find him singing, playing golf, and hanging out with family and friends.
