Isabel Chavez is passionate about her work with children and adults with developmental disabilities and believes everyone deserves the help and resources to better their everyday lives. She enjoys working with people on self-help and socialization skills, and going on community outings. The best part for Isabel? Making a difference in her client’s lives every day.

Isabel began her journey as a 1:1 behavior interventionist working for Tustin Unified School District. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University in Irvine.

Isabel is a sports fanatic! She’s very competitive when playing various sports…and loves watching them, too.

Jessica Chen is the kind of person who is deeply committed to her work, and to helping families and kids have a better quality of life. Her greatest joy and personal fulfillment comes in knowing the impact is life-long and that she involved in this process.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Irvine. In 2009, she was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and received her Master of Teaching with ABA emphasis from National University while working as a 1:1 in the school district for early intervention. Jessica has also obtained her BCBA.

Jessica is a big foodie and will travel or wait hours for good food.

To Dr. Mostadim, there’s nothing more important than being able to work with families and children with special needs because this work allows her to grow tremendously in all aspects of her life. In Dr. Mostadim’s words, “There are few things in this world that are as fulfilling as helping those who struggle to help themselves. Having the opportunity to serve families of varying backgrounds is one of the utmost honors I have ever had.”

Beginning her journey as a behavioral therapist in 2011, Dr. Mostadim received her doctoral degree in applied clinical psychology, and her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Dr. Mostadim loves to plan events and fundraisers for nonprofit organizations and has helped raise funds to support several schools. In her spare time, she likes to run, travel, and spend time with her family of four.

David Yim knows the impact he has on the families he serves, and for more than 10 years he has seen his impact in action with many different people, behaviors, and life situations. He’s had an incredible journey that has taught him countless life lessons. David wishes everyone could experience and cherish such moments.

David began working with children with special needs as a college student in 2005, while earning his master’s degree in teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). For the past 13 years, David has worked at various autism agencies and special-needs schools, but he has found his true passion with ABA.

In David’s spare time, you can find him singing, playing golf, and hanging out with family and friends.
