Executive Clinical Director

“Within every child is unimaginable potential — a potential that we can unlock if we listen closely and love unconditionally.”

I am the executive director and founder of California Psychcare. I have worked in the field of psychology for more than 35 years, spending the first third of my career as a school psychologist for Los Angeles Unified School District, and marriage and family therapy.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, board-certified behavioral analyst and licensed educational psychologist. I received my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from the University of Southern California and earned my doctorate from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where I focused on applied behavioral analysis (ABA). I am also a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the California Association for Applied Behavior Analysis.

In 1997, my husband, Dr. Ali Sadeghi, and I founded one of Southern California’s first comprehensive ABA agencies – California Psychcare, now part of 360 Behavioral Health – with the vision of offering high-quality ABA and respite care services to consumers and families touched by autism.

With the sudden passing of my husband, I sought out a business partner to help maintain and grow the vision of what Dr. Sadeghi and I had created. I like getting people excited about the things I am excited about. Today, that is providing lifelong, comprehensive care to our very special individuals and their families.
