Keidy Castro is dedicated to changing lives by supporting families and their loved ones in reaching their goals to achieve their maximum potential of success and independence. She deeply enjoys making a difference, and appreciates all the knowledge she’s gained in her 7-year journey in this wonderful field.

While pursuing her goal of becoming a registered nurse specializing in mental health, Keidy worked with children and adults with special needs who required behavior management assistance. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she continued her career as part of the Behavior Respite in Action team , progressing from lead supervisor and program coordinator to her current position as department manager.

Keidy is a huge Dodgers fan and travel enthusiast. She loves going to different states to attend Dodgers baseball games. Keidy also enjoys traveling to different countries to explore and learn about different cultures.
