“We cannot choose the behavior of others, but we can control how we react to that behavior, which effects the probability of that behavior occurring in the future.”

Keith Berger knows he has an important job to do, and he is focused on doing it well. Keith’s dedication to helping others and his commitment to science and education are clear as he says, “I get the privilege of working closely with individuals who need additional support, and I have the strong science of applied behavior analysis as a guidepost to help me provide this support.”

Keith earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Idaho State University. He started his career in a direct staff position, and was promoted to lead direct staff, program coordinator and office director. Keith earned his Master of Arts in Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from National University. In early 2018, he obtained his BCBA.

Keith likes to travel in his spare time and spend time outdoors. He and his wife enjoy camping, boating, and hiking. In the winter, they snowboard and ski. Keith also likes to work on and drive his classic car and play with his two dogs.
