Overview
360 Behavioral Health – and our family of providers including California Psychcare and Behavior Respite in Action – understands the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion for our teammates, for the individuals and families we serve, and for the communities where we live, work and play. As an organization, we are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
To advance our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, we sponsor a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee that works together to continually tackle the issues of diversity, equity and inclusion across our organization. Members of the Committee include employees from diverse backgrounds and various positions who are dedicated to our diversity, equity and inclusion mission.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Mission
We believe that diversity within our organization is the cornerstone that drives all facets of our operations. Diversity, equity and inclusion goes deeper than sexual orientation, race or religion. It includes a respect for all types of identities and their intersections. It is a feeling of belonging to a community or group and knowing what you contribute has meaning and value. It is ensuring every person within our organization has a voice, equal opportunity for growth and advancement, and feels included. We aim to always have a culture that embodies a sense of inclusion.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Goals
Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee promotes a culture of inclusivity that supports diversity and culture, and that expands our organization’s vision to uphold the following goals:
- Establish and maintain an organizational structure to advance, monitor and revise our approach to diversity equity and inclusion.
- Identify, guide and develop diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, practices and/or programs.
