Melina Barragan, MS, BCBA

Director of Clinical Services

“Focus on what can be done instead of what was done, and always strive to improve ourselves and the services we provide.”

Melina Barragan is focused on doing more and strives to innovate and provide opportunities for growth for clients and their families, clinicians, co-workers and herself. In her work, she believes that with every skill acquisition taught and every behavior change, a story is being told.

With nine years of experience in the field of ABA, Melina started off her career working with adults with autism, then transitioned to working with individuals of all ages who are impacted by autism and other developmental disabilities. She earned her master’s degree in counseling with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis (ABA) in 2016 from California State University Los Angeles. She earned her Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in 2016 as well.

Outside of work, Melina loves to collect antiques, watch movies, spend time with family and friends, and go to Disneyland.
