1:1 ABA-Based Therapy
Personalized for each child, our 1:1 program is goal-oriented and designed to provide support and guidance based on the child’s specific needs.
Parent & Caregiver Support
Parents and caregivers are an important part of our ABA-based therapy approach. We work with parents and caregivers to teach them the same strategies we use in therapy, so they can support learning at home and in everyday life.
Early Learner Program
Our play-based, 1:1 program designed especially for children and toddlers with autism or other developmental disabilities under age 7.

BCBA Clinical Supervisor (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are.
- Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
- Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
- Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors
- Total Compensation: $84,000k – $103,000k (Based on Experience, Role, & Region)
Associate Director of Clinical Services (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinical oversight & BCBA supervision.
- Design, monitor, and evaluate ABA treatment programs.
- Mentor, train, and develop clinical staff.
- Support clinic operations: census, utilization, onboarding, and performance targets.
- Partner with leadership to ensure quality care and clinic growth.
Requirements:
- Active BCBA Certification + Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
- 2+ years clinical ABA experience across diverse populations.
- 2+ years BCBA supervision experience (training, evaluation, program development).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
