Jessica Robles,
MS, BCBA

Jessica Robles, MS, BCBA, VP of Clinical Operations at 360 Behavioral Health, brings more than 15 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis. She is responsible for overseeing clinical operations across multiple regions, including driving clinical quality, supporting and developing leadership teams, optimizing clinical performance, and ensuring the consistent implementation of best practices to deliver high-quality care and strong client outcomes.

During her time with 360 Behavioral Health, Jessica has served in a variety of clinical and operational leadership roles, including Clinical Director, where she oversaw clinic-based and in-home services, and regional leadership roles focused on scaling services, developing leaders, and improving operational performance across growing markets.

Beyond her role at 360 Behavioral Health, Jessica has contributed to the field through mentorship and development of emerging clinicians and leaders and has supported initiatives aimed at improving access to quality ABA services within underserved communities.

Jessica holds a Master of Science degree in education and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, hosting gatherings, and planning events.
