Laura Szitar

Laura Szitar brings over 20 years of human resources and culture leadership experience. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of HR operations, with experience in organizational development, talent acquisition and development, total rewards, and culture transformation.

Prior to joining 360 Behavioral Health, Laura served as Chief People Officer at The Oncology Institute, Inc. (NASDAQ: TOI), where she led all facets of the employee experience. In addition, she has held HR leadership roles at Mars Petcare | Antech Diagnostics and Financial Partners Credit Union.

Beyond her executive roles, Laura has contributed her insights as a board member and advisor to several professional organizations, including the Foundation of Hope & Innovation, the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and the California Chamber of Commerce Employee Relations Committee.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Westminster College and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

In her free time, Laura enjoys staying active and spending time with family.
