Michael Duenas serves as the Area Director of Clinical Services for 360 Behavioral Health’s Santa Maria region, where he oversees clinical operations.
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine and his Master of Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University. He later earned his Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
Before pursuing a career in ABA, Michael worked with adults with developmental disabilities and completed internships in social work and behavioral medicine. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
