Shari Hunter always strives to learn more, do better, and continue to grow no matter where she is in her career. For the individuals she serves, she never gives up, can always help them achieve more, and enjoys celebrating successes — big and small.

Shari received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from USC and entered the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) shortly after. She fell in love with the families and seeing the progress they made as a result of ABA-based behavioral therapy services. Shari became a BCaBA in 2011 and earned her master’s degree and became a BCBA in 2013. As a supervisor and director, she has developed a passion for taking part in the professional growth of her staff.

Shari loves spending time with her husband and daughter, learning new ways to use ABA, and cheering for the USC Trojans! Fight on!
