“Success in ABA isn’t measured solely by the milestones achieved or goals mastered. It’s reflected in the trust we build with families, the relationships we nuture, and the lives we positively impact along the way. Progress can be subtle, a shared smile, a new attempt, a moment of connection, but these small victories often create the most meaningful and lasting change.”

Viridiana Mora, MS, BCBA serves as the Director of Clinical Services for 360 Behavioral Health’s Lynwood Autism Care Center, where she oversees clinical operations and supports the deliver of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Viridiana began her career in ABA while working as a teacher assistant and pursuing a summer job opportunity. She earned her Master of Science from National University and later became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Before assuming her current role, she served as Associate Director of Clinical Services in Commerce, supporting clinical teams and families while expanding her leadership experience.

Outside of work, Viridiana enjoys spending time with her family, taking road trips, exploring new places, and searching for the best iced coffee and matcha with her son.
