    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
    • Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are.
    • Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
    • Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.

    Requirements:

    • Active BCBA certification
    • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
    • Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
    • Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
    • Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors

    Are you ready to take the next step in your ABA career while pursuing your Master’s? As an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II at 360 Behavioral Health, you’ll not only continue making a difference with clients but also develop leadership skills, mentor a team, and shape high-quality clinical programs. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on supervisory experience, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and grow into a clinical leadership role—all while advancing your education and career.

    Your Role in Action:

    • Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
    • Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
    • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
    • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • 2+ years ABA experience (desired)
    • 1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training and performance evaluations
    • Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies
    • Report writing and documentation skills

    What You Need to Succeed!:

    • Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis services
    • Supervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year leading and training staff
